Order received. We review the order details and begin preparing your submittal package. After we receive your order, we send submittal drawings for review and approval prior to fabrication. This can take up to 1-2 weeks. Once submittals are approved, your order moves into fabrication. After fabrication is complete, your order ships and is delivered.

This product ships via LTL freight due to its size or weight. Someone must be available to receive the shipment, inspect for damages, and sign the delivery receipt. Please provide accurate delivery contact information when placing your order.

This product ships via LTL freight due to its size and weight. Please ensure that your delivery location is equipped with either a forklift or a loading dock to safely offload the shipment. If your site is not equipped for LTL delivery, additional delivery arrangements may be required and could result in extra charges.

Inside Delivery Service

This service includes uncrating, unpacking, and placing the product in the desired location in the building. The customer will be called 24 hours in advance to schedule delivery. There can be a maximum of 3 steps up or down (We must know about the steps). Please contact us for a quote involving more than 3 steps. Elevators and ramps are perfectly fine. Delivery is during normal business hours, typically M-F, 8-5. There can be additional charges for deliveries to Union Buildings. It is assumed the location is accessible by a 53' truck and that the path to the final location is unobstructed and composed of a relatively flat surface (for example, no grass, no tight corners...). The inside delivery price is only valid for shipments made directly from our warehouse. If the customer requests this service after the product has already been shipped, and if it can be arranged, the cost for inside delivery will be higher.
