This product ships via LTL freight due to its size and weight. Please ensure that your delivery location is equipped with either a forklift or a loading dock to safely offload the shipment. If your site is not equipped for LTL delivery, additional delivery arrangements may be required and could result in extra charges.

BulletBlock TTH600 Level 3 Ballistic Storefront Package

Base Package

(2) 6'-7 1/2"W x 7'-3 3/4"H door frames. BulletBlock TTH600 thermally broken, clear anodized aluminum. Each frame is divided into two lites with (1) single 36" x 84" BulletBlock 44-350 full vision, 5" wide stile aluminum door. Required rough opening is 12'-8 1/4"W x 7'-4 1/8"H.

Door hardware: Select SL-11HD continuous aluminum hinge with Electrified ATW-4, Von Duprin QEL 99NL-OP rim exit, Rockwood BF158 12" CTC offset door pull, LCN 4040xp surface closer, National Guard 200NA door sweep, and National Guard 425 threshold. Prep for compatible hardware by others.

(1) 9'-0"W x 7'-6"H six-lite frame. BulletBlock TTH600 thermally broken, clear anodized aluminum.

Glazing (UL Tested Level 3, .44 Magnum, 3 shots, no spall)

  • Upper lites: 1/4" Solarban70 OptiGray Low-E #2 + 3/4" air space + 1" Clear ARMOR-GARD BALULN25 BR glass-clad polycarbonate with edge seal (2" overall insulated unit).
  • Lower lites: 1/4" Solarban70 Low-E #2 + 3/4" air space + 1" Clear ARMOR-GARD BALULN25 BR with Cool White PVB inner layer for obscure/privacy (2" overall insulated unit).
  • Door lites: 1" Gray ARMOR-GARD BALULN25 BR glass-clad polycarbonate with edge seal.

Alternate (optional)

(1) 4'-0"W x 4'-0"H single-lite AD window. BulletBlock TTH600 thermally broken, clear anodized aluminum. Glazed with 1/4" Solarban70 OptiGray Low-E #2 + 3/4" air space + 1" Clear ARMOR-GARD BALULN25 BR (2" overall insulated unit, UL Level 3).

Included

Framing is fully fabricated and shipped assembled when possible, for field glazing. Includes fasteners, setting blocks, gaskets, and shop drawings.

Warranty

1 year workmanship, 5 years glazing, 5 years anodized finish.

Lead Time and Terms

10-12 weeks manufacturing lead time from signed shop drawing approvals, plus LTL freight transit from Michigan (3 crates, approx. 3,825 lbs). Freight is billed separately. Prices exclude taxes and installation. Pricing is valid for 30 days and may change if shop drawing approval is not received within 15 business days.
