This product ships via LTL freight due to its size and weight. Please ensure that your delivery location is equipped with either a forklift or a loading dock to safely offload the shipment. If your site is not equipped for LTL delivery, additional delivery arrangements may be required and could result in extra charges.

The STS-K021 Window Intercom System provides clear communication for applications where there is a hole in the glass. This robust system overcomes communication barriers caused by glass, security screens or similar partitions. The kit features a STS-BL0, a non ballistic rated glass mounted, all-in-one speaker and microphone customer unit. It allows for simple installation and ensures both the customer and staff can be clearly heard. This kit is available in two other ballistic rated variations STS-K022 (Level 3) and STS-K023 (Level 8).

The STS-K021 Window Intercom System provides clear, effective communication in environments where a physical barrier such as glass or a security screen separates staff from customers. This robust system is designed to overcome sound obstruction and maintain natural conversation flow, ensuring clarity and reliability in every interaction.

The kit features a STS-BL0 glass-mounted, all-in-one speaker and microphone unit that is non-ballistic rated. Its design allows for simple installation through a glass aperture and delivers clear audio transmission for both staff and customers. For enhanced protection, ballistic-rated versions are available as STS-K022 (Level 3) and STS-K023 (Level 8).
